The Religion of Peace Strikes Again

      It is now happening with a horrifying regularity.  Practitioners of the “religion of peace” (as George W. Bush labeled it) kill, maim and injure those whom they count as infidels and enemies of Allah on a now frequent basis.

      In Manchester, England, Salman Abedi detonated himself in at a concert attended mostly by teens and pre-teens.  At last count, 22 were dead and almost 60 injured.  Police have detained 8 people in connection with the mass murder including Abedi’s father and brother.

      What could have motivated the 22-year old Muslim to kill so many people in England?  Abedi’s sister, Jomana said that he was seeking revenge for the U.S. airstrikes in Syria.  This illustrates the mindlessness of the Islamic terrorists.  What did young people in Manchester, England, have to do with airstrikes in Syria ordered by an American president?

      Perhaps the most troubling thing about Islamic terrorists is that they are practicing their religion the way Mohammed designed it.  In the Quran one will find at least 109 verses that call for violence against unbelievers and those who oppose Islamic rule.  Here are but a few of them:

            Quran 8:12 – I will strike terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve.

                  Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.

            Quran 8:39 – And fight with hem until there is no more fitna (disbelief) and

                  religion is all for Allah.

            Quran 9:5 – So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the

                  idolaters wherever you  find them, and take them captive and besiege

                  them, and lie in wait for them in every ambush.

      So how do we account for the fact that many Muslims in America live in peace and harmony with those of other religions?  Like most professing Christians, who do not practice Christianity as Jesus Christ gave it, most Muslims do not practice Islam as it was designed to be practiced.  For that we can be thankful.

      However, there is a growing number of Muslims in America who come here, not to blend in, but to overcome.  These live in enclaves in American cities, listen carefully as Imams preach jihad against the infidels, and plan for the day when they can strike their blow for Allah.  More and more we are seeing peaceful Muslims turned when shown verses in the Quran like the ones above, and challenged to live their faith as Mohammed delivered it.

      In the meantime, liberal judges prevent the President of the United States from limiting the number of jihadists who can enter our nation.  The Democrat Party has advocated for an “arms open” welcome for Muslims who have not been vetted to come and settle here. Their birthrate far outstrips that of white. black and Hispanic Americans.

      Already Islamic jihadists have demanded and received preferential treatment in schools and places of business, and they control large sections of cities in Michigan.  As their numbers grow, they will issue more and more demands, until the United States becomes the United American Islamic State, or lies in the ruins of a bloody civil war.

      Impossible you say?  That is what they said in Iran.  Remember what the jihadists themselves have told us: “We will win, because we love death more than you love life.”
