Every time Americans have an opportunity to vote, they should RESEARCH the candidates and personally decide who shall get their vote. CSC always interviews the candidates on multiple occasions and gives the opinion of the Board members regarding each. CSC always stresses that YOU MUST make up your own mind. Having said that, Both Baldwin and Mobile Primary Ballots are below, with CSC choices marked. WHEN THERE IS A RACE WITH NO CANDIDATE MARKED. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. CSC WILL RE-SEND BALLOTS THE LAST WEEK BEFORE THE PRIMARY WITH ANY ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS. In the Amendment, note that the word acquisitions is circled in the summary. Perhaps as you read through the complete text you will gain some insight. Vote your conscience in all areas. For their own reasons, the Mobile GOP will not allow Charlie Wyckoff on the ballot as a Republican. He must collect over 5,000 signatures of REGISTERED VOTERS living in ANY CITY OR COMMUNITY WITHIN Mobile County, asking that he be allowed on the Nov. Ballot as an Independent. He must have those signatures by 5 PM May 23rd. PERHAPS YOU CAN WALK A COPY OVER TO YOUR NEIGHBORS. I, Callie Goodrum, think that even if you don't plan to vote for Mr. Wyckoff, every REGISTERED VOTER living in Mobile Co. should sign the petition and return it to him ASAP. ANYONE MEETING QUALIFICATIONS WHO WANTS TO RUN FOR OFFICE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO APPEAR ON THE BALLOT.
